Policy
1. No purchase necessary to enter or to receive
a prize.
For information on how to enter, please see #3 below.
2. Prize description -
A total of 3 grand prizes will be awarded to 3 different
contest entrants. Grand prizes consist of trips for families
of four to Glacier National Park, Grand Teton National Park, and Yellowstone
National Park. The trips
consist of lodging and activities at each of the respective parks.
The winners must provide their own transportation to and from
the parks.
Montana Department of Commerce, Travel Montana and our 3parks partners;Wyoming Business Council,
Xanterra Parks and Resorts, Grand Teton
Lodging Company, and Glacier Park, Inc.
reserve the right to change or replace the prizes at any time
with a prize of equal or greater value. Each prize is awarded based on availability and is not transferable,
assignable or redeemable for cash. All federal, state and local
laws and regulations apply. Winner will be responsible for all
federal, state, local or other applicable taxes in connection
with the receipt of prizes.
3. How to enter -
Notice! You must be 13 years of age or older to enter this contest.
Also, if you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you must have
the consent of your parents or guardian.

Contestants must visit the 3parks.com website from July 1, 2008 to September 30, 2008. Fill out the on-line entry form and
make sure your entry is submitted before 11:59 PM Mountain Standard
Time on September 30, 2008.
Entries are limited to one per
person.
Regular e-mail may also be used to submit entry forms. Type "3parks
Sweepstakes '08" in the subject line and your information
from the online entry form into the body of an e-mail and send
them to 3parksSweepstakes@visitmt.com.
These e-mails must also be received by 11:59 PM Mountain Standard
Time on September 30, 2008.
Contestants can also submit their entries by U.S. mail. Simply
type or print your information from the online entry form on a
8-1/2" x 11" sheet of paper and mail them to:

All mailed entries must be post marked by September 15, 2008.
Travel
Montana and their partners are not responsible for any entries
lost in the mail.
4. Selection of winner -
The promotion begins at 12:00 AM on July 1, 2008 and ends
at 11:59 PM on September 30, 2008. All times are Mountain Standard
Time. To be eligible for a drawing, on-line entries must be received
by 11:59 PM on September 30, 2008. Three grand prize winners will be
selected via a random drawing from the total number of entries
on or about Oct 24, 2008.
5. Notification -
Winners will be notified by U.S. mail, e-mail or phone within
30 days of the selection and in order to receive a prize will
be required to complete and return an Eligibility Certification
and Publicity/Liability Release, and any additional information,
waivers and releases that may be required, which must be signed
by the winner and their legal guardian (if under 21 years of age)
and returned to the designated address within 14 days of the notification
attempt or an alternate winner will be selected from the pool
of eligible entries. If any prize notification or any prize is
returned as undeliverable, the prize will be awarded to an alternate
winner from the pool of all eligible entries. Failure to comply
with the foregoing may cause the winner to forfeit their prize.
Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission (except where
prohibited by law) to use the winner's name, city, state, likeness
and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity
without additional compensation, consideration, notice or consent.
6. Terms and conditions -
Open to anyone older than 13 years of age and not employees of the Montana Department of Commerce, Travel Montana,
Wyoming Business Council, Xanterra /Yellowstone
Park Lodges or Grand Teton Lodging Company, Glacier Park Inc.,
or their parent organizations,
the advertising, promotional or fulfillment agencies of any of
them, nor members of their immediate families. If the winning
entry is from someone under the age of 21, that winner's legal
guardian must accompany the winner on the trip.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all
federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Entrants,
by entering the Sweepstakes, agree to abide by these Official
Rules and by the decisions of Montana Department of Commerce, Travel Montana and their 3parks
partners whose decisions are final. Failure to comply with these
rules may result in disqualification from this sweepstakes promotion.
Montana Department of Commerce, Travel Montana reserves the right to permanently disqualify from
any sweepstakes promotion it sponsors any person it believes has
intentionally violated these rules. Illegible, unintelligible
or incomplete entries or responses will be disqualified. Travel
Montana and their 3parks partners are not responsible for telephone,
network, electronic or computer failures of any kind, or for entries
that are stolen, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, delayed by
computer transmissions, lost, late, damaged, ineligible, or undelivered.
All entries become the property of Montana Department of Commerce, Travel Montana and their 3parks
partners and will not be acknowledged or returned. Montana Department of Commerce, Travel Montana
and their 3parks partners are not responsible for technical,
network, electronic, computer, hardware or software failures of
any kind, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other
person's computer related to or resulting from participating in
or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes.
Montana Department of Commerce, Travel Montana and their 3parks partners are not responsible
for typographical errors in the Sweepstakes site or these rules.
Any trademarks used in this promotion are the property of the
respective trademark owners and are used herein for identification
purposes only. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.

8. To find out who won -
To find out who won the grand prizes, visit the Sweepstakes
Page at the conclusion of the contest. The winning names will
be posted for 30 days.
